Bulimia Nervosa
Bulimia Nervosa is an eating disorder characterized by recurrent episodes of binge eating followed by compensatory behaviors to prevent weight gain, such as self-induced vomiting, misuse of laxatives, fasting, or excessive exercise. Unlike anorexia, individuals with bulimia may maintain a normal weight. The disorder can cause serious medical complications, including electrolyte imbalances, dental erosion, and gastrointestinal problems.
